Refund Policy/ FAQ

We offer hair & makeup services for stage and special events.

Our policy mirrors FMG International's refund policy. Beauty services must be cancelled on or before 7/7/2024 to be eligible for a refund. There will be a one-time penalty fee of $50.00 that will be deducted from total amount refunded. If cancellation is due to medical necessity, you are entitled to a 100% refund with documentation.

Services will be rendered in order of categories. We will send you an email with your beauty service time slot 1 week prior to show day.
